Interested in joining the Ithaca Community Gardens but not gardening a plot?
If you are interested in joining the Ithaca Community Gardens to help us further community food self-sufficiency in Ithaca,
- Pay a $20 annual member fee
- Complete eight hours of work per year towards supporting the organization’s mission. Please see Work Contribution for details on workdays and other possible ways to fulfill the work contribution.
Interested in gardening at the Ithaca Community Gardens?
If you are interested in gardening, follow these simple steps:
- Apply for a garden plot
- Once you have applied and a plot becomes available to you, pay a $20 annual member fee and a plot fee based on plot size
- Full plot: $45. Half plot: $25
- Fulfill the yearly work requirement
Scholarships are available for those unable to afford the full fees. Please see Work Contribution for details on workdays and other possible ways to fulfill the work contribution. A limited number of plots are available to community groups for free; see details here.
Fees are subject to review each year, and may change at renewal time in February.
