FOOD DONATIONS AT ITHACA COMMUNITY GARDENS
Food donations for the 2021 season have ended. Not only were our donations greatly appreciated but it was a good way to make use of vegetables that might otherwise have gone to waste. A cooler was left outside the shed on each side of the Gardens on Wednesdays and Sundays from mid-July through the beginning of October. Gardeners left produce to donate to the Friendship Donations Network (FDN). We were glad to have our Gardens’ beautiful bounty put to good use! Other donation locations are still available.
